i put my skimmer on my tank, its a hob reef octopus bh 2000, and it either is overflowing with skim, too wet or the other side with the output tube is overflowing, i dont know what to do, im new to the hobby and am at a loss, it has already overflowed twice someone lend my some tips or advice, thanks

Skimmers usually need a break-in period. Its it brand new? Also put it in the general salt section. You'll get more responses, probably even from people who own one
You feed a man a fish, he eats now..

I didn`t know protein skimmers needed a break in time.
Never owned one.
If that is true, thanks for the info.
If I did find myself with one, first I would have looked around for all the info I could find.
If I got it used, with no manual, guess where I would look for the instructions.
So, like I said, Google can be your friend and answer your questions when Stan is busy.
