What exactly are you needing help with on this.

do you mean a light that sits on the glass tops? go with fluorescents, you'll get the best light coverage being that close to the glass. a 2-4 bulb T5HO should work fine for that. more bulbs for higher light needing plants. low light plants and the 2 will be plenty.
