Personally I would switch to a more natural looking gravel. Just pick up a piece of malaysian drift wood, and make more of a pile out of the rocks and call it good :D

i have 3 catfish lol yea the gravel i dont rele like...but thats to much work right now to change...

Gravel:
Buy pea gravel from Home Depot ($5 for a 40 lb bag). It has a variety of different natural colored stones. Looks really nice. OR if you want sand, get Silica sandblasting sand. It's a lot lighter than playsand, and you can get a 100lb bag for $8.

Rock Work:
Goto your local nursery and buy some slate or "flagstone". Get about 50-60 lbs (cost around $20) and break the slate into smaller pieces. Be creative and stack the pieces and form caves and holes for fish to swim through.

Plants:
You can go two ways. Real plants or fake plants. Real plants can get at Petco/Petsmart. If you goto Petco, get the "aquatic fern". It's actually Java Fern, which is a really hardy plant. If you go fake, goto Micheals (arts and crafts). They have really nice silk plants for a decent price.

Background:
I really like using a black background. Either get spray paint (would require disassembling tank) or use a black trash bag and tape.

Those are some ideas. It's not exactly what my tank uses, but incorporates a lot of what I've seen.

Good Luck !!!!:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

Black background are awesome! No need to disassemble tank though. Paint on the out side, if you have room behind the tank to get a spray can back there? It's real easy.

OR

Use your current tank as a sump for your new monster tank!

hahah thanks guys ima try my best.... and the back was already painted black b4 i set up my tank.....
