I emailed Ken, but never heard back - so I figured he's out of the picture. I don't trust businesses that don't respond to inquiries.
Actually I just bought Kens Recently! What kind of large pellets you looking fore? He doesnt have carnivore specifically, but he has a bunch of nutritious mixes. And the pellets are quite large in fact.
I know that he is a good guy by reputation - he just doesn't respond to contacts / emails. I'm trying to pick the pellets up.

Oh! well what kind of pellets? He has the sizes put on his website products. If you are talking about the Carnivore pellets from hikari that I am pretty sure they are 3 mm. so 3 mm and larger are good. If you are talking about the massivore... those resemble around 5-6 mm. But i'd just get his mix sinking wafers.. they are kinda like them anyways. what size are you looking for?
