I need opinions- either this or that?????

I currently have a 75G w/ 11" tiger oscar (Mr. Hyde) a clown pleco and a corry cat, I love the Oscar but I am thinking of changing it to a planted community tank with like 60 fish that means schooling fish I need opinions? to help my thought process out. Thank you

If they weren't $4+ a piece, I'd suggest about fifteen to twenty Mexican Blind Tetras. It would be EPIC!
