I'm making a personality test online, with fish as the results. I have some fish, but what are some other fish that are particulartly different from others? Thanks.

oscars if kept well are like dogs so are pacus my friend has a oscar that will come to the side of the tank if you say its name.

My ornate polypterus is full of personality, she's usually the first to greet me @ the tank @ supper time. She will follow my hand when I'm cleaning the glass, she'll follow my face if I put it up to the glass and move it up/down/left/right. And easily lured out of from behind her rocks with a nice piece of shrimp or squid.

Oh yeah, I hear that a lot about oscars. But they are better than dogs IMO.

Thanks for the feedback guys, keep it coming. Oh yeah, and the fish's personality does not have to be friendly, it can be shy.

My P. Senegalus definitely has a lot of personality. Mine, like tRiP's ornate, follows me everywhere and is ridiculously affectionate. So much so that I recently had to change her name from Trogdor to Princess Cuddles.

Bichirs and Fire Eels.....

The fire eels I had were full of personality. Also, my Bolivians have personality as well. Then there's all the loaches. ;)

I agree with Oscar and Polypterus, and my clown loaches have tons of personality.
