couldnt find anything

I found something very similar in one of my tanks a few weeks ago. I squashed it against the glass and luckily haven't seen anymore of these guys. Curious on this one myself.

I have also found small white/clear slug-like bugs in a tank before, which I found out wasn't a problem, there was just too much excess food in the tank. Cleaning the tank better and making sure no food got wasted, killed off the slug-like bugs.

I have seen them in some tanks at the lfs I work at and they don't seem to be a problem..but you could kill them and it'll prob take care of it...they are most likely some sort of micro organism in the tank that prob doesn't do much harm...do your fish seem ok?

yea the fish are good i put some salt no more bugs i was kind of tripping out thanks guys

Really looks like mosquito larvae to me. Or some other sort of mosquito-ish bug. If you noticed them in a dead spot on the top of your water, I'd adjust some powerheads or your filter current to disrupt that area.
