I need some outer space info,lol

Planet earth,is their an actual top and bottom?Why does this not make since to me if you say yes?I know if its sitting as a globe on my desk then their is a top and bottom,but out in space on its own,is the guy on one side really on a bottom and a guy on the other side on a top,from who's perspective,if the shuttle flies circles around it do they really say oh were under it now or were over it?Come on,take the sun and everything away,is their an up and down in space,is their an up and down just because thats what we decided or is their a real reason or,is it all bs and their is no up and down as far as if you were in space flying around it?If your answer makes me mad,Im gonna be mad

I'm pretty sure our up and down concept of space is just based on earth's north pole being "up"...

The last episode he talked about the same exact thing. He pointed to South Africa on a map and said, "This is the bottom, but if you flip the map upsidedown, this is the top. Makes you think doesnt it?"


Think of it this way. The only reason there IS a north and south or top and bottom is because of us humans. We're the only ones here (as far as we know) so we needed some kind of reference point or we would always get all screwed up.

But if we werent here. .... then there is no north or south. just space.

imagine this:

You go into outer space... you fly to the next, nearest galaxy. On your way you are doing barel roles the whole time. Dont worry you wont get dizzy since there is no gravity.

SO you're doing your barrel roles to the next rearest galaxy. This is so you dont remember how you started out meaning how your space ship was sitting in space.

"OH look! there it is. A sun and planets just like our own galaxy"

"Lets stop on that nice looking planet over there".

So you stop doing barel roles and look straight ahead at this new galaxy.

Which way is up? WHen you colonize this new planet, which is the north and south poles?
How do you decide?

thats just it.. You have to DECIDE. Because there is no north or south or top or bottom until you label them.
