I am looking for some advice and suggestions to help me decided what different kinds of south american cicilds to fill my 200gal aquarium with. I am moving my oscars and redtail cat to a bigger tank. That leaves my tiger shovelnose cat and clown knife fish left in my 200gal tank. I plan on putting 3 jack dempsys and 3 green terrors in it that I already have in one of my smaller aquariums. I am looking for some other ciclids that get about the same size as my jacks and terrors. I was looking at maybe a flowerhorn and jaguar possibly.

Yes, Jaguars! But also Wolf Cichlids, Buttikoferi Talapia, if you wanna go towards the barracuda side you could get a Redtail (Brycon) Barracuda, you could also try Red Devils, Five Star Generals (a mean African that can hang with South Americans), or Midases.. They get pretty big.. But yeah that's my suggestion. I would really really strongly reccomend the Buttikoferi Talapia, they're real badass.

Hey thanks for your suggestions. I have heard that red devils can only be kept in a tank by them selfs. I do like the look of them but I don't want something that will kill off the rest of my fish. The red tail barracudas sound good and they don't get to large. I will look into the buttikoferi talapias I am not very familiar with them. I would like to try an get fish that only get about 6-9" max lenght.

I actually have 2 pike cichlids in my 90gal I was thinking about putting in there. I was also looking at maybe a couple red terrors.
