My friend offered me a turtle for $500 which have a shell length of 2-3"

and I searched google for hours and can't find the picture of it... I just want to know if the turtle worth its value and such???

I hope my drawing will help me get a name of the turtle / terrapin species

It basically look like a leo stingray.. Its black with white spots...

Yea too much. They've gotten pretty rare, they're not really a pond/aquatic turt like paints and sliders, they like marshes. I've read where they used to be pretty common, but as a pretty regular field herper for years in their range I think I've only collected 2 or 3.
