That's Paratilapia polleni "Small Spot Madagascar Cichlid". Several of our sponsors get these in fairly regularly. But, I have no idea who you can get them from in your area. Good luck in your search.

I realy like this species. There's a fish breeder here who keeps and breeds lots of Paratilapia polleni. But I don't think he can send them to Southern California.
