i need to get the poop out!

I have a lot of poopiedoodies building up on the bottom of my tank. whats the best way to get these out without taking all the gravel with it?

How big of a tank and how do you do your W/C's?

Normally it's done during W/C's.

my 40 gallon growout tank
i change the water by sucking it out with a piece of hose and letting gravity do its thing...

Your already going thru the motion, now you just need the right tool...

More horsepower?!!

You could also attach a 1"-1.5" clear plastic pipe as long as your tank is deep , to a power head and have a attech a knee high (nylons) to the outlet to catch the garbage...now you've got a power vacuum. Watch out for small fish etc.

Hmm that is a good idea... ill def make that for my 220g but for this little 40 g... ill just use the gravel vac i just bought today... i was all excited to use it n then realized i had to buy batteries for it too :S
so now im planning my next trip to the store
