This leaf fish have been with me for quite awhile now.
There is a problem today after i got home from work.
My leaf fish seems to be dead like the picture above. But in fact, it is still breathing.
May i know what is the reason and how can i treat it?
If there is prob with the water, other fishes would be reacting the same way.

Nitrate lvl is 15 ppm
Ph value is about 6.5

So i need to take out the fish to another small tank or change the water?
Is there a possible cause? Overcrowding?

do you know your nitrite and ammonia levels? It would let us know if you cycled your tank. Also maybe what size tank are they in?

Check ammonia, nitites and Start 20% wcs. What's temp in the tank and do you have surface agitation?

How old is the fish

I recently got this fish from a friend. Not so sure about how long did he kept the fish for.
Tank temp is about 28degree Celsius.
Yes, there is surface agitation.

Please get a test kit that isn't strip based and give us a reading on your ammonia and nitrites. Is the fish still alive?
