I am raising a female crest lizard.
However, as you can see in the picture, it protrudes strangely over the genitals of Crested Gecko.
What's this?

I don’t have any experience with cresties but I do have a Blue tongue skink. Could it be a clogged pore? Does it seem to irritate her?

She eats well and has a good poop condition.

I don’t have any experience with cresties but I do have a Blue tongue skink. Could it be a clogged pore? Does it seem to irritate her?

She is good at pooing.
So I don't think the pores are clogged.

my first thoughts for swolling in that area are either impaction or dystocia (egg bound)
If it gets worse or doesn't disappear, exotic vet visit may be necessary.
If the gecko is acting perfectly normal and eating and pooping, I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets worse. Doesn't look so bad to me, though may just be the photo.
