Here is my problem,i have a 125 gal tank(wich will be updated in Feb to a 225)right now i keep a 5 inch Midas,a 14 inch Channel cat and a 5 inch Pictus cat.In my 55 i have a 2 inch Orange Pike and a 2 inch Albino Oscar, these 2 fish are fighting all the time(Pike and O),if i had my way the O would go,but my son loves the O so this is not an option.Should i put the Pike and the O in the big tank or do you think they would be toast???

toast.killed by the midas or eaten by the channel cat.imo

grow them up a bit, oscars grow pretty fast. Just feed them and do lots of water changes on that tank, and just do normal ones on the bigger tank so the Oscar can catch up.

Even then the midas could still annihilate it, it just has to be passive enough not to.

Yeah they would be toast I think in the matter of minutes. I would say get rid of the O but obviously you can't so your other option would be just to separate them if you have another tank besides that 125. Or you can just stick like 100 caves in there and just hope they stay away from one another. You can't divide the tank because it's already to small and they won't grow properly.

i think theyd e brown bread TBH

maybe get a /Divider and move them to the big tank and put the Midas in the 55 by himself!!!!
