I Now Own Some REAL Monsters!

After a long day of waiting and two trips to the airport, I finally have in my tank a pair of monster festae from Dan Woodland! When I opened the box, all I could say was:


This pair is absolutely amazing and they are proven too!

All of the anguish I had over losing the two pairs I had worked so long on due to hurricane Katrina is now gone. This is one of the best things that has happened after the hurricane. Even though I paid for them, I feel a debt of gratitude to Dan for these incredible fish.

The pics aren't that great, but you'll get the idea.

The other pair I have is in there for comparison.

He's about 6" or so. The smaller festae pair isn't quite as long as he is.

I saw earlier today he has Chuco microphthalmus at .75" up for sale at $15 each. If only I was made of money.
