I Offically Love My Oscar!

Guys:

Here is my 13 1/2 inch Tiger Oscar from PetSmart. I have had him for about 2 years. Grew him out in a 180 Gallon, now he resides in a 75 Gallon with 1 Bichir. No HITH or any issues except the Lateral Line Errosion that can be seen in the pic.

This Oscar is very cool, and probably my favorite fish of all time. I have been doing the fish thing for over 20 years!

Thanks, I plan on keeping him 20+ years. Hopefully he will live that long, I do a 80% weekly water change and feed him about 15 Hikari Pellets every other day to keep the Nitrates below 20ppm.

Your oscar doesn't have HITH. What you are seeing are normal sensory pits. Nice fish!
