While I think what these folks are doing is very wrong. My concerns are is it hurting the hobby and those that are legitimately doing business and supporting aquatic hobby. Does this give the government more ground to stand on to write laws to restrict people from having anything special or that the government deems an issue. How long before they tell us everything is out and its all ruined for the good folks.

Yes it is. They don't make the filters. They just brand them with their name. Same thing with their other products.
