i really need help

i noticed today what looked like 3 very small spots in my tank on a decoration,when i looked again they had moved i noticed a head like a very tiny snail,does that mean i should change my water tank completly are they are harmell to my betta?i am going to try and attach pics hope you guys will be able to see it,best picture i can get,it's the little spot in the window a little bit below of the thermometer

could be a snail, in which case you're fine, but better pictures would def help!

i can not get a clear picture,but what i do not understand is i do not have any big snails for them tho make babies,you sure they are harmless to my betta

no live plants plastic real shells tho but i did soak them for 24 hours before putting them in

what fish do you have in there and how long have you had them? Snails are notorious for "piggy backing."

No clue then, I still think a snail somehow. Also, That's a HUGE cat in that picture by the tank!
