i recently Bought a redtail i have NT Labs Pro-F Predator Sinking Pellets but what frozen food should i use

when you say white fish do you mean like Pollock/basa and what about frozen river shrimp and cant really get frozen sprat only sprat i can find is for dogs

Shops like Iceland or farmfoods do bags of frozen whitefish for human consumption. Mine love this. Can soak it in vitamins if you were worried since all the bones etc are removed . Alternatively most fish markets will do tilapia. Mine also eat defrosted cooked mussel meat , again from farm foods.
Cheaper option than shrimp or prawns but both are ok in moderation.

You don't have to feed a frozen food. You can it's nice to give some variety. But if it willingly eats pellets that's a more complete meal.....if it's a quality pellet. Try some other sinking pellets that have some greens in them like seaweed and algae. I don't know what's available over there but things like northfin and spectrum are good.
