hell no private reproduction of fish or all animals is the only way that we will keep them available to future generations. Now should it be regulated yes John Doe shouldn't be able to get a pair of fish he isn't going to be able to care for and will eventually dump into the lake. Let me tell you I work for a LFS and some of the best Umbees, Angels, and German blue rams come from local private breeders. I say no to this bill
