What color gravel is best for bring out colors of my jag and FH??

AND IM going to setup my 29GAL two 20HIGH and 10GAL today

Pretty much everyone on here is going to say black, but I still prefer my natural river sand.

Up to you, black seems to pretty much visually enhance the colours regardless of the fish.

Black just tends to add stark contrast. It's not that it really changes the colors, it just makes them stand out more.

black gravel will make them darken up which looks cool but wight gravel will lighten them up and give the jag a nice bright purple sheem i would go wight for the jag and black or brown for the rest
