I HAVE THIS TANK IN MY GARAGE, THIS IS KIND OF MY TRASH CAN I DONT TAKE CARE IT THT MUCH, I HAD 3 FLOWERHONS IN THERE BUT TWO OF THEM BEAT UP SO BADLY TO THE LITTLE ONE AND I HAD TO MOVE IT INTO MY AFRICAN TANK, I AM IN AFRICAN CICHLIDS, EVEN THESE TWO GUYS FIGHTS ALL THE TIMES, THTS WHY I DONT LIKE FOLWERHORNS THT MUCH, AND THIS MORNING I SAW THEY LAYED LOT OF EGGS, HERE THE PIC OF THEM, HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO EGGS HATCHED? R THEY GONNA EAT THE FRYS? I HAD CONVICT CICHLIDS THEY R GOOD WITH THEIR FRYS, HOW ABOUT THESE GUYS, R THEY GONNA TAKE CARE IT OR THEY GONNA EAT.

1st time parents sometime screw up, but if they lay eggs once they will more than likely do it again..And get it right.

looks male to me. also you may not want to expect fry because some male flowerhorn are infertile.
 
Male is a JK, and female is a zz.

Male looks a little too small to breed, and especially if it's their first time I am not sure if they both got it right. Also male looks a little beat up, I am assuming the female did that to protect her eggs. Which to me.... means, the female didn't accept him as his mate and didn't let jizz on her eggs lol.

Don't be let down bro, they always screw up their first time and will get it right as they stack some experience.

damn, itoday i came from work and firts thing i went to the my garage and iall the eggs was gone, wht the heak?
so did they eat the eggs?
yes females alwas been mean to the male,
 
if the eggs were infertile, the mom might eat the eggs.
