If you asked this in another thread, maybe you werent specific enough or didnt give enough time for some of the 10k active members to respond.

Nothing is typical with cichlids. Not diet, spawning behavior, color changing, attitude, predictability, mannerisms, territorial actions etc etc etc.

Anything can happen in any situation regardless of the sex, size, tank size, water temp, diet, tank mates, how ever many generations removed from the wild etc etc etc...

I have never had a single fish that was exactly the same as any prior of the same species...and it actually seems like they have been completely different.

Alright thank you. Ha ha you posted on it also about the tank size for the Jags. Ok I just never thought my female fish would be in the top spot but have had a few, maybe they get it from me I don't take any crap either!!!! l0l thanks again Tarri
 
My wife is shorter/smaller than me and she tries to be the "top fish" all the time... It happens..
