I think I am going to have eggs soon

My black convicts are lip locking and showing breeding behavior. How long will it be before I have eggs? I am so excited. I cant wait to be a mommy again.
Anyone with any experience with convicts please advise???

I've never bred them (I was lucky enough to end up with two males), but from what I've heard, all you have to do is put them in the same room. I'm not sure if they even need to be in the same tank as long as they can see each other.

They should start breeding soon with in the next couple of days..and once they do 2-3 days till hatching.and another 4 or 5 till wrigglers..then free swimming....but convicts are excellent parents and u should be fine ...just feed the babies...baby brine shrimp

Thank you for the replies. I am so excited. I knew they were easy to breed, just didn't know how long they take to hatch and all. Thanks for the info.
