my mo to let me get a 55, which will be awesome... especially b.c. i'll be upgrading from a 30 gal... so a tank almost double the size is gunna be amazing... i'm excited ( p.s. its gunna be free cause she's paying which is the best part) doesnt get much better.

Ha, I remember pushing my parents to let me get a 55gal, I had to pay for half and the rest covered my birthday and Christmas present from them :irked:, but atleast I got the tank :D

What are you planning on putting in it?
 
Good for you! It's great to get an upgrade double the size. I wish I can double my largest tank to 480 gallons :). I have a 1700 gallon pool but I can't set it up :( Still live with the parents and they say HELL NO!!
 
we'll i'm on the second floor so 55 is kinda pushing my weight limits... 75 would be a killer

i want bigger tanks but my boyfriend made us move to a smaller house so i cant fit anymore tanks or bigger ones and i cant fit any more small fluffy animals in either (we dont have a yard!!!):eek:
 
i went from a 10 ---> 55

that was a big jump for mee
 
i've only been keeping fish for about 3 months and i plan to stick with it so i'm excited... i can finally get a nice set up together
