Hello, I am very new to this site and need some advice. I have a 125 gallon cichlid tank and think I may have too many fish. There is some aggression at times but for the most part, they all get along.. My current set up is as follows 2 blood parrots, 2 green terrors, 2 jack dempseys, 2 flowerhorns, 3 peacock, 1 convict, 1 yellow lab, 1 mbuna, 2 neolamprologus trets, 1 demasoni and 3 dwarf ghorami. With the exception of 1 of the green terrors, demasoni, ghoramis and trets, all the fish are anywhere between 4 - 6 inches. the others are between 2-3 inches and no one bothers them. The two flowerhorns stay on opposite side of the tank but i think this is not going to work for long because the larger one is starting to chase the other one at times. The two blood parrots hang out with the flowerhorn all the time.
Do i need to rehome any?

Welcome to the forum!
There are two issues:
First is that as these fish grow, they will become very overstocked.
The second is that the flowerhorns will most likely kill off the other fish in the tank - they are evil.
The gourami will not last long, and some of the weaker African cichlids probably will be killed as well - I’d definitely rehome all of them.
From there, I’d pick which of the CA/SAs (jd, gt, convict) and hybrids (bp, fh) you like the most and keep a few of them. The flowerhorns probably should not stay with the rest as they are very aggressive.

Ok, thank so much for your advice. To avoid overstocking how many total should i keep? (not the flowerhorns)

That probably would depend on gender and such - to avoid pairing aggression or conspecific aggression you may be safest to keep just 1 jd, 1 gt, 1 convict, and 1-2 bp IMO.
That would keep bioload at a reasonable level and should keep aggression calm (unless the convict pairs with anything, but even then shouldn’t be terrible).
A school of dither fish like large bodied tetras or rainbowfish could be added to help keep the cichlids out more.
One thing about overstocking is that it depends largely on your water change schedule.
