How long have you had the Oscar?

White feces are usually an indication of an internal bacterial infection. Were the blood worms live, or commercially packaged? Live BWs can sometimes be bacterial carriers depending on how fresh they are.
Raising the temp tp 28'C (82'F) or above can sometimes make bacteria more virulent, and lethal.

The bloodworm are hikari bloodworm bought it from LFS packed

So the BWs aren't the cause, you need more investigation.
What are water parameters? ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?
How long has the tank been set up.
What is your normal water change schedule and amount changed per, and what is the tank size?
I think the temp is too high, mid 70s are more normal.
You might want to try adding some epsom salt (from the pharmacy to the tank) to help clear the oscars gut.
Epsom salt can work as a laxative.
