I bought a gorgeous jag. pair about 3 weeks ago, and both the male and females tube are OUT!! The females tube is huge. ( i was able to get pics of hers). They have both been cleaning a 12"saucer for about 5 days now.
I just checked on the pair, and the female is in the saucer and keeps rubbing her tube on it. ( she goes back and forth). The male follows right behind her. The only thing is that their are no eggs when she does that. I was wondering if this is like a practice run, if or if they are about to spawn, and the female is just getting ready. Thanks so much.
The males is 14-15", and the female is 10-11"
