i think something might be wrong

so i did a water change on friday on a 29 gallon tank with a pair of of dwarf chanchitos. I noticed that his mouth was pushed out and everything is white. he is not fighting with the female as is a lot smaller then what he is. Hes not eating and not really swimming around. so here is the pics please let me know what you think/

hmm, i lost my FH to something that looked like that..
It turned out to be a bacterial infection..
Treat it ASAP.
Use a broad spectrum treatment like promethyasul..
