I think this fish is blind!

I just purchased this gourami over the weekend and I’ve noticed it has some white filmy looking stuff on the eyes. There was a piece of the film that came off today. However, I can tell the fish has become very weak because I don’t think it can see the food to eat it! What would you guys recommend doing?

Welcome to the forum - sorry it’s under these circumstances.
Looks like a bacterial infection to me.
I’d treat with kanaplex or maracyn 2.
If it’s too bad it may not get sight back, but doing nothing risks the fish’s death.

Your water looks murky. Do a large water change to bring down the bacterial count in the water and improve water quality. Kanamycin works great like mentioned. You can also add aquarium salt in the meanwhile

His body color also doesn't looks that great. He has way too many stress bars.
