It's a miracle that he still lives....Ive seen starved fishes before but this is extreme!

Looked like extreme hole in the head disease. But according the guy who rescued the fish from his Dentist office tank. It had been burned by hot water by accident. Seems the fish was hiding inside a piece of driftwood they took out to clean. Poor fish..
