I traded my african babies for a royal pleco, and a gold spot pleco and an electric cat ..........good trade...:D

Thank you... they are going into quarenteen tanks first for about 2 weeks but i will have pics up tonight in them..:D
 
Sweet, so much for no more new fish eh? :grinno: I can't really talk since I just got a new polypterus yesterday :screwy:

Can't wait to see the Royal in the tank, already looks good through the hazy plastic bag.

The royal is my prize :D always wanted one.. not sure of the gold spot ID .. but he looked nice and electric cat was hubbys find..he will have his own tank.. thanks Steve..and i kept alot of african babies for myself too.
 
you traded all of your africans then?? Can't wait to see some better shots of your plecos. They have some Royals FS at my local LFS, but not sure if I would have the room for one when it gets big.

Yea Royals are one of my favourite pleco species, right up in the top 2 for me next to the King Tigers.

Make sure you have some driftwood for him, they love that stuff :)

I traded about 30 babies but kept about 10 of them to grow out..The royals are so cool with their red color eyes..will get more pics up later..hope someone tells me the exact kind he is ..since there are a few types of royals and also ID the gold spot..i still have lots and lots of africans........

i agree Steve..always wanted one..and couldn't believe it was there..so instead of money i suddenly knew what i wanted.....:D of course these are all babies....
