i have giant hairgrass , dwarf hairgrass, microsword, baby tears ...

under 18w of t5 ...

i had dwarf riccia before, worked out fine for like a week , then they started losing their color, got rid of em...

and i heard those baby tears actually needs CO2 x_x since these turns out to be " HC" as ive heard from somewhere, as oppose to the lower requirement one...

tis tank is meant to be a future breeding ground for some SS+ CRS , so i'll needto add some moss later..... meanwhile, i have a pack of 6 rummynose in there ^^

excuse the bad pic xD but u get the idea ^^

great looking tank! and yeah the HC might not last too long in there. it actually grows better if you plant in little dime-sized bunches rather than big clumps

its a typical 10gallon tank :D

i got the background from Hong Kong :) cheap styro fake rock background : )

and now i dont even know wat to do with the HC xD ......i doubt it'll live long ,let alone say grow xD so im not gonna bother separatin it out xD ......
i guess i should sell em now xD
HC for sell!!!!!! who wants em , pm me xD

why don't u try to grow it? u have it planted in the tank u might as well...

- co2
- ferts
- light

HC growing!

looks good. the dwarf riccia needs high lighting, and is technically a floating plant.

i kinda think you should add broad leafed or branching plant to create a break in the aquascape unless your going for a field look

i dont have a co2 setup ...and i doubt 18w o t5 is enough for growin HC xD ....

and i do intend to have a field look since i think thats better for shrimp , cuz its easier for em to hang on to smaller leaves / moss..... but i guess i'll add some leave too... like small ones... anubias nana or whichever small anubias...... and tons of moss ... and fissiden after

looks good, im planning on getting some crs shrimp too. someone in milpitas is selling them for 5 bucks now. it use to be 10.

Looks cool!!:)

I like that plant on the right side of the tank, I want to try it in my 40 gallon tank so it covers my whole bottom of the tank like a carpet.

What is that plant called!
