i wanna get a ray

Your tank is too small. Even the smallest rays exceed 12" across the disk as adults. Most species can reach 24" or more across the disk. When you get a bigger tank, you could give them a try. The 25 gallon just isn't big enough.

i've got the same problem, not enough space for a ray the bottom of all my tanks are 2 narrow. I was thinkin about getting a large plastic pond that is used for outdoors and bringing it into my fish room.

research is the keythe smallest tank u should have... would be well... lets just say add a 0 to the end of ur 25....
The best advice I can offer to you will be the same advie every additional poster will say:
Read the articles in the Stingray section of Bottom Dwellers.
Conduct more searches in the forums for Stingrays species and their respective compatabilities.
Conduct more searches for the various hardiness of each species.
You will see that Stingray are exceptionally beautifull but demanding. Do not be imtimidated by them. You can be a successful keeper.......just take your time and research a little more here on this site.

Dude a 25 gal tank isnt even a queritian for a ray how much they eat when they are pups will kill ur water in a week multiple you tank by 8 and then we can consider some rays
