what effect especially ILL EFFECTS in my tank will it have?

cannto take risk i will have a VIP RED AROWANA in the tank

When granulated it's used as a phosphate remover, so I'd imagine it's relatively harmless to fish. It's not biochemically active and is used in medicine for marking, so, it's harmless to humans. You should be safe and a bit more phosphate free .
