The best thing about cichla is that they are big and have color and personality to back it up. Hard to beat a big ol monster tank as well. A 400g+ tank with some nice bass is hard to beat IMO.
Agreed! sadly not all of use can get a 400 gallon. Buy some of the smaller species, grow them out in your 75g, save your beans and when the time comes upgrade to something bigger!

I meant just to keep them together, I know they cannot breed.Impossible not the same sp. Plus it wouldn't make them any smaller, the world record LMB and Dottie the LMB were in the 32+" range
