God I miss having a tank :)

I've been putting it off, because I'm going to be moving home soon.

I've been out of the fish scene for too long, what are the trendy fish at the moment?

Last time I was around, I guess the Armatus was the #1 trendy fish, followed by GATF.
 
why do care what the "trendy fish" is?

fish keeping is not about "trendy fish"
 
Several fish are popular. Why care what other people think are trendy? Cruise through the forums and figure out what you think is cool.

It's hard to find a lot of fish in Europe. Barramundis don't interest me that much though.

I have to say I've wanted an Armatus ever since Woodysun first posted his, before they became popular, and when people thought he just had a massive Scomb :D

That's the fish I'm shooting for.
 
I like owning trendy fish, but not cause they are trendy, but because I happen to like them! Ive had armatus, dats, rays, cichla, ATF, you name it! lol

Right now it seems every one is scooping up the nicer cichla, endlis, STs are always a favorite. If you are in the EU I suggest you purchase as many channa as you can as I have heard the EU is going to ban their importation soon and you can never go wrong with channa....from what I hear of course!

Holy ****, I hope you're wrong. I haven't heard anything about it.

Snakeheads are my favourite fish, have been since I was a kid. The first monster fish I had was a vicious micropeltes.

If this is true, then I am going to stock a house full of them before the ban sets in.
