Hey all.

I want muscles. I want to look good. Anyone know of where I can get a worksheet kinda deal on what to do? And don't say "go to the gym". I mean, come on. I know I have to do that. I don't know how though. I go to my school gym, and there are hundreds of machines. I don't know what to do.

So, does anyone have something that tells me: mon/wed/fri, do push ups/bench press/leg squats/whatever. tues/thurs, do whatever

Do you know what I mean?

What I really want is upper chest. I have little fat on me. I am mostly lanky. Any suggestions?

I stick with dumbbells 1 day, situps next day, bench press next day, situps next day, pushups/dumbbells next day and i get great results from it

Do you want actual descriptions of workout routines? Like if I were to say Incline Dumbell Flys, would you know what those are?

First off, thanks for actually responding instead of making fun of me :)

Ok, cool. I have an entire gym at my disposal, though. HUGE gym. (I go to University of Maryland)

I should know what most are, but the ones I don't, I can google. My Gym will have most, if not all of them.

no point in making fun of someone that wants to better themselves. i say good luck man, its difficult at first but once you get some buildup and a good routine its pretty easy

Thanks. Thats the point though, I need a good routine. Thats what I am trying to figure out now...

there a lots of sites on building muscle if you google. remember to stay away from anything that tells you it will make you a monster as the only thing that will is hard work. if it is a big gym do not be scared there will be guys there that will know what they are doing just ask them for advice and im sure there will be a wealth of advice from people doing work in the matter.

you will want to google bulking up and cutting these are the two main stages .remember to build muscle you want low reps and the highest weight you can manage.be sure to let yourself recover after training and get plently of sleep.

I actually have an old sheet I used to use on my clients when i was a trainer...I'll dig it up for you.
