I want to start a community

Hey, I originally wanted to just get red belly piranhas, but I now want to start a small community of fish in my 55 gallon tank. But, I don't want to have really small/boring fish(tetras, guppies, etc.), I want to have fish that are discussed on these forums commonly(Monster Fish). Please help me by showing me some lists of fish that could live together.
