You want to spawn cichlids? Convicts are basically instant spawn, just add a male and female add water!

well not quite, but close.

You can’t go wrong with bristlenose pleco. They are nice and easy to breed, all that it really takes is both genders and somewhere for them to lay there eggs.

I'll list some easy ones
Livebearers (platies, endlers, guppies, mollies, etc.)
bettas
shrimp (if you count those)
bristlenose plecos
various african cichlids
cherry barbs
peacock gudgeons
convict cichlids
and goldfish

i say poeciliadae livebearers, bristlenose plecos, convicts, any barb or tetra pretty much, yellow labs or smaller sp of mbuna if you want to get into african cichlids
bettas are too slow and expensive to breed for it to be worthwhile imo, hard to get a good pair that won't produce scuffed fry that you can actually sell off
goldfish are just expensive to breed in general
not the fish themselves, just the setups and food/water/time requirements
