yeah, Cali have a lot of restriction regarding current type of fishes. Sometime, I wish I wasn't here so I can get a hold of some rays.

Hell yeah!! Cali have the chronic.. NorCal mainly, SOcal have some booboo
 
there are alot of great deals there yes and there is alot of bad things to as mentioned tons of fish are illegal to have there .... what I am getting at no matter where you are you gotta take the bad with the good and make the most of what you have, I might actually be moving there to cali in a couple years after I finish my degree
