there are a few variants for stewartii and im not good with stewartii as a species but if i had to guess i'd confidently say stewartii

does he haves pelvic fins ?? If yes it is a stewarti the only fishes that looks a bit like Channa S. ,this is a Channa Gachua species : http://epages2.euro-web.net/epages/...th=/Shops/50030843/Products/"Channa sp. Laos"

But for me it looks like a Stewarti there are many diffrent Stewarti typs this one looks like the "normal" Himalaya one.

do you think i can keep with a clown knifefish (chitala) ?

my snakeheads is about 20cm. chitala is about 30cm

thy are in 400 litres. ???

and in future can i add a same size aruntimaculata? with or without chitala?

Hi,

the knife needs warm water, stewartii and aurantimaculata are subtropical, and need cooler temperatures. AUranti would grow out the stewartii and kill it soon.
Better dont mix them.
