As the tittle say, I bought two months ago a fish sold as a flowerhorn that looked a lot like one when juvenile.(Pink/orange fins with a very dark contrast (grey/black) on the body). Three days ago however, the fish is now completely pink :

I am now wondering what kind of specie/hybrid I exactly have...

Thanks !! =)

This is very common with these fish, it's called peeling. The adult coloration may look nothing like the juvenile pattern.

It's called fading. Red Devil and Midas do it. Some Flowerhorn do it too because they have the RD gene.

When fading, they will turn almost completely black and then start "peeling" to reveal their adult coloration.

Your fish looks like a RD to me, not a FH.

Its probably a fader FH, they start off like a regular FH but fade into a lighter more RD colour, the problem is that this fish looks much more like a RD than a FH,

So, either its a hybrid red devil x flowehorn, or its a devil that was sold to you as a FH because the store employee doesnt know much about cichlids :P
you could always post over in the FH section for a positive ID from their expertise, but to me, it just looks like the RD's I used to have.

There is no need for him to post in the FH section. It's peeling, they do it. It looks like a generic LFS amphilophus cross. No big mistery here.
