I have 2 icecap vho ballasts. 1 has the wiring harness the other does not. You can pick up the harness directly from icecap for $28. These are the ballasts that can run 4 or 2 bulbs. Great for a reef tank or planted tank. I just tetsted both of them a few nights ago and they work great.
