Ich and Fin Rot

My Jardini and other tankmates are currently being treated for ich with Kordon Ich Plus. All of my other fish with ich look fine but I don't see any white spots on the aro. His tail fin looks frayed and it looks like there's a little slime on his body. I think it might be fin rot so is there away to treat the ich and fin rot at the same time. Thanks in advance, Ed.
