Ich Help PLZ FAST

Just discovering white spots on my fishes 'Fins' appears to be ich i heard of Salt water cureing ich, in other posts but i jus kinda need one on one help right now cuz he looks distressed and hes rubbing his body on the rocks plz help

im limited of sources, like driving to get the special salt but i do have this stuff called like quick cure, i hope it works
