Ich in aquatic creatures other than fish?

So I have a tank with a Neon Red Crayfish (Procambarus Clarkii) and i noticed after his last molting that he presents with small white dots on his carapice mostly on his side and back. Im wondering if this is Ich or just part of his evolving color patterns?

I believe crustaceans can’t get ich. Maybe a pattern.

I’ve never owned a crawfish as a pet, but I’ve boiled and eaten plenty in my life. They have raised bumps on their shells and a lot of times they will be white like that.
