Ich in tire track eel's tank

I bought a severum. He looked ok but 2 days out of quarantine and he has ich and now so does my GMO fish. My eel doesn't have it yet but it's definitely in the tank -I've raised the temp and lowered the water line but I'm wary to add salt or nox-ich. Do I have other options I'm unaware of?

Raise the temp slowly till 88-90 and keep up water changes/vaccum and watch ur water params. They are sensitive to salt and meds as i believe it's scaleless. Wait it out is the best bet.
