Ich meds to use with Catfish

I have a 10" marble sailfin with ich I want to use coppersafe but not sure yet. What else should I look at as far as meds go?

I Use 2 tblespoons of salt/g and raise the temp to around 86 degrees. Raise the temp 2 degrees a day.
On stuburn cases of ICH I have used coppersafe along with heat and salt with pretty good results.
I have treated plecos with coppersafe and they were fine.

i use 1tbsp/5g and raise the temp to 86*
